Performance Concepts Consulting is a “boutique” public sector management consulting firm headquartered in Greater Toronto; with a satellite office located on Vancouver Island to deliver services in Western Canada. President & Principal Consultant Todd MacDonald leads a network of municipal consulting specialists committed to the superior design and execution of a diverse portfolio of assignments:
